1. What Are The Actual Dates For the 2023 Essence Music Festival?

 Answer:  June 29, 2023 - July 2, 2023

2. Where are the concert seats located?

Answer: Most of our seats are located on the Floor or Plaza level of the Superdome, which is one level up from the floor. ***If You Book Your Package After December 31st, 2022, We'll Only Have Terrace Level Seating Available.***

3. How often would I have to make payments to complete my obligation?

Answer: Once you have made your initial deposits, you will need to make a monthly payment of $100 or more right up until the full payment of your package is due, which is usually around May.

4. When Is My Full Payment Due?

Answer: May 1st, 2023

5. What are my payment options?

Answer: We accept payment through our Eventbrite Portal as this will allow you to keep track of the payments that you have made. Eventbrite will allow you to make payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, CHECK, etc...

6. How far is this hotel away from the Superdome?

Answer: Our hotel accommodations will be less than mile radius from all of the Essence event locations. You will be able to get to all locations with a few minutes via walking, uber, or trolley. 

7. What is the Refund Policy?

Answer: You can get a Refund of your $50 Deposit and your first payment of $100 at anytime up until October 15th, 2022. After October 15th, 2022, due to strict contractual obligations with our Hotels and Vendors, we have a strict NO REFUND policy for anything short of a natural disaster or terrorist attack.

8. Should I Get Travel Insurance?
