The 2023 CYSO Gala will be an elegant evening of spectacular musical performances, sparkling conversation, and a gourmet meal from Boka Catering. This year’s event will feature three inspiring honorees, including groundbreaking artist/musician and CYSO alum, Laurie Anderson, who will also join Symphony Orchestra for a live performance!As our largest fundraising event of the year, the Gala supports world-class music education for more than 800 dedicated young players from across the Chicago area. The evening includes cocktails, dinner, live auction, and performances from CYSO’s Symphony Orchestra, Kaiso Steel Orchestra, Jazz Orchestra, and Preparatory Strings.
