August 19 & 20, 2023 - a weekend of competitive bull riding, saddle bronc & bareback riding and lightning-fast barrel-racing. Arrive at the Coombs Rodeo Grounds on Friday to enjoy country singer Melissa Endean, attend the Saturday evening dance with Tailgate Country and wake-up Sunday morning to a pancake breakfast . Visit the beer gardens and enjoy a variety of foods from our concession and food trucks. Buy hand-made Western crafts, items for your home and leather goods for your horses. Set up your camping spot right on the grounds on Friday and prepare for a non-stop weekend of fun.
Watch the competitors - cowboys and cowgirls who work their farms and ranches from all over BC, train their horses and are part of Western Canada's history of ranching and rodeos. Come to the Coombs Rodeo Grounds August 19-20 and share in the celebration of 100 years of community events by the Coombs Hillier Recreation & Community Association.
