Our Bon Odori Festival is back after 3 years! Please join us on the Fawcett Avenue for dancing or just come to eat and have fun. 4pm: Food, beer garden and other booths open. 4:30: Obon service. 5pm: Japanese dancing on the street in front of our temple and taiko entertainment. 8pm: memorial candle service. Credit card and checks preferred for all purchases. List of dances: Mikokoro Ondo, Dai Hiroshima Ondo, Manmaru Ondo (1 uchiwa), Isson Ippin Ondo (2 castas), Shiawase Samba, Oyama Ondo, Soran Bushi, Tanko Bushi, Shamisen Electric Slide (1 tenugui), Hokkai Bon Bushi (2 folding fans), Hanabi Ondo (blinky ring), Goshu Ondo.
