NQ'S PREMIER POWERLIFTING EVENT IS BACK!For the 8th year running, Iron Strength will be hosting the biggest and best Powerlifting competition in North Queensland.
Competitors from Cairns and surrounding regions will take to the platform at the 2023 APL Deep North Powerlifting Challenge, to showcase their strength in the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
