The purpose of the Annual General Meeting shall be for the election of board members and revisions to the Association's Bylaws and Rules & Regulations.Each team is encouraged to send one representative to vote. No person shall have more than one vote and no proxies will be allowed. All votes must be cast in person.
The following board member positions will be filled by election:
• Vice President
• Secretary
• 4U-8U “Butler” Commissioner
• Sr. Vice Commissioner
• U4 Boys Vice Commissioner
• U5 Boys Vice Commissioner
• U6 Boys Vice Commissioner
• U7 Boys Vice Commissioner
• U8 Boys Vice Commissioner
• U9 Boys Vice Commissioner
• U10 Boys Vice Commissioner
Interested candidates shall submit a resume and a list of qualifications or an AGM Bio Form (found on the website) no later than June 2, 2023
