2022 STUDENT LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
West Virginia GEAR UP will host its annual Student Leadership Academy on Tuesday, September 27, 2022. The 2022 Student Leadership Academy will take place in the Maier Foundation Performance Hall at the Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences in Charleston, WV. This year's Student Leadership Academy will host more than 1,500 GEAR UP students from across 11 GEAR UP counties. Juan Bendana, author, DJ, and acclaimed youth motivation expert, will serve as this year's keynote speaker.
The 2022 West Virginia GEAR UP Student Leadership Academy will begin promptly at 10:00 am and conclude at 12:30 pm with each student and chaperone receiving a “to-go” boxed lunch.
