Workout 1
9 Minute AMRAP
• 10 sync Burpee over bar (Scaled = Step over allowed)
• 20 thrusters 95/65 (Scaled = 75/55)
* 1 Minute rest after 9:00 clock
Workout 2 (after 1:00 Rest)
2 Minute AMRAP
• Max synchro plate ground to overhead (RX and Scaled = 45/25)

• 100 Double Unders (Scaled = 100 Doubles or singles)
• 50 Toes-to-bar (Scaled = 50 High Knee raises)
• 50 Box Jump Overs 24/20 (Scaled = 50 BJO 24/20, step up allowed) both feet must touch the top of the box. No jumping completely over the box
• 50 DB Power Snatches 50/35 (Scaled =35/20)
• 100 Double Unders (Scaled = 100 Doubles or singles)
* rest with remaining time
Workout 4 (after the full 8:00 of workout 1)
4 Minutes to find max load (score is combined total)
1 Clean + 2 Front Squats (unbroken)
