STREET CAR INVASION IS COMING TO WESTERN COLORADO DRAGWAY AUG 19-20th! Over $6000 in guaranteed payouts!Friday will be street Legal Drags! Come get Registered and make a few test passes or grudge race a friend! small tire cars must get an outlaw tech card at gate.
Friday gates open @ 6pm
racing starts at 7pm.
Racer entry $25
Spectator $10
Spectators with wristband still on from friday will receive $5 off Saturday entry.
Saturday spectators $15 kids under 12 free.
Racer entry/tech card $40
Class entries will be charged at the street car Invasion tent.
Due to weather gates will open 8:30am
Registration and tech will start at 10:30
testing will start at 12pm and racing to follow after.
Track will be prepped to 1/8 mile so Bracket, Small tire and Street Monster will be 1/8 mile!
INDEX classes will remain 1/4 mile. (10.0 could possibly be limited to 1/8 if traction becomes a concern) If you feel traction could be an issue for your car please let us know and drop to a lower class.
STREET MONSTER (badest of street cars with plates/insurance): $200 entry + $40 tech card. 1/8 mile heads up pro tree. Guaranteed $1000 payout+ class entries ($3000 with 10 cars)80/20 split with 2nd place. Vehicle must be licensed, insured, working lights, factory roof/quarters and be able to make a short cruise if called out.
SMALL TIRE: $250 entry + $40 tech card. 1/8 mile heads up pro tree. Guaranteed $1000 payout+ class entries ($3500 with 10 cars) 80/20 split with 2nd place. Vehicle must have factory type roof/ quarters (material), 28x10.5 no W, awd limited to 26" tire, no wheelie bars. (Any dot or radial 28" or shorter with 10.5" or less tread is allowed)
INDEX CLASSES: heads up, dont breakout! Vehicles must be licensed/registered or be pre approved by event coordinators in advance! Must have working lights, radiator, factory roof/quarters. No delay/throttle stops. No tire restrictions!
10.0 INDEX: $40 entry + $40 tech card. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $750 for 1st, $150 2nd.
11.0 INDEX: $35 entry + $40 tech card. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $600 for 1st, $125 2nd.
12.0 INDEX: $35 entry + $40 tech card. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $500 for 1st, $100 2nd.
13.0 INDEX: $30 entry + $40 tech card. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $500 for 1st, $100 2nd.
14.0 INDEX: $25 entry + $40 tech card. 1/4 mile heads up protree. Guaranteed $400 for 1st, $75 2nd.
BRACKET CLASS: $40 entry + $40 tech card. Guaranteed $450 for 1st, $150 2nd. 1/8 mile, dial-in class, pro tree, no delay boxes (if equipped must be zeroed out at tech and will be randomly checked). Open to short wheelbase vehicles that resemble a production car. (no rails) No Plates or Insurance required for this class!!
GAMBLER CLASS: This is a fun $5 class for everyone! Single round elimination that will be held after 1st round. Each racer gives their dial-in, we will give the entire group a random time to add to their dial ( between 1-3 seconds, same for entire group). The racer to come closest to their new dial-in wins the pot. (if your dial is a 10.40 and the class is given 1.5 second your new dial-in is a 11.90) This class is 1/4 mile, protree, no delay boxes or throttle stops (if equipped must be zeroed out at tech and randomly checked)
All vehicles/racers must pass tech for ET/Mph they plan to run/ class they plan to enter. Windshields must be free of cracks! Red light is a loss, Cross into other lane is a loss, breakout is a loss. other rules will be discussed at drivers meeting. This is a no-delay box event! If you do have a box it must be zeroed out at tech and will be randomly checked!!
