Calling kids of all ages! The Spring Lake Park-Blaine-Mounds View Fire Department will once again be joined by Santa Claus for our annual food shelf fundraiser. Volunteer Firefighters, Santa, and all the helpers will be visiting your area on Tuesday, December 6. Join us along the parade route or bring your dry goods to one of the viewing locations for pick up.The parade will start at 6:00 p.m. on the day/route listed below. Non-perishable food items can also be brought to Station One, located in Spring Lake Park, during the week of December 5.
Parade Details:
Phase 1 starts at 95th Avenue NE and Flanders Street NE.
Phase 1 Parade Route: South on Flanders Street NE. Southwest on Rice Creek Parkway NE.
Phase 1 will conclude at Xylite Street NE and Rice Creek Parkway NE. Phase 2 will continue through Mounds View and Spring Lake Park beginning at Groveland Road south of 85th Avenue NE.
Phase 2 starts at 85th Avenue NE and Groveland Road immediately following Phase 1.
Phase 2 Parade Route: South on Groveland Road. East on Ardan Avenue. South on Long Lake Road. East on Hillview Road. South on Jackson Drive. West on County Road H2. North on Parkview Drive. North on Silver Lake Road. West on Bronson Drive. North on Groveland Road. West on Bronson Drive. North on Knollwood Drive. West on County Road I. North on Spring Lake Road. West on Hillview Road. North on McKinley Street NE. West on 81st Avenue NE. South on Garfield Street NE. West on 80th Avenue NE. North on Hayes Street NE ending at 81st Avenue NE.
