Breakout session 1: New Workplace Reality
This is an interactive conversation about the new workplace realities. Conversations will include performance metrics, recruitment/retainment, best practices, and general discussion on what’s working and what’s not with the new workplace reality including ODOT/Consultant interactions. This is your chance to share what’s going right or where improvements can be made.
Moderators: Lori Duguid (ODOT), Kristin Studabaker (Carpenter Marty Transportation), Valerie Croasmun (ms consultants)
Breakout session 2: PBPD - Lessons Learned
Discussion and interactive workshop on the application of PBPD on recent projects, and the concept of a Good project vs. Great project.

Breakout session 3: Who's Next?
We are all seeking to develop the next generation of Project Managers. This session will feature a panel of those rising leaders. We will also be honoring the winners of the 2022 Partnering Awards.
