2022 MO Wizard of Oz Days Gingham Gala

Oz at Hannibal is finally back! All the magic, entertainment and camaraderie of legendary Wizard of Oz Festival returns on October 21-22, 2022, as Wizard of Oz Days!

Festival events will take place at the Mark Twain Cave Complex, 300 Cave Hollow in Hannibal, MO; kicking off the weekend Friday, October 21, 2022 at 5pm with the Gingham Gala with a catered dinner, special star studded guests, a live Oz music concert, live Oz collectible auction and more. AND get this, ALL aboard the Mark Twain Riverboat. We are celebrating 100 years of the life & legacy of Judy Garland.

The weekend will feature our Wizard of Oz Characters who will both perform and meet and greet fans for socially distanced photo ops.

Don’t miss your chance to meet our official Wizard of Oz characters: Dorothy and Toto, Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion, and Glinda; but wait, can’t forget the Wicked Witch of the West! She’ll be cackling there too. You never know what friends you may meet along the Yellow Brick Road.

Plus there’s our phenomenal vendors, displaying everything from Oz collectibles to handmade crafts. You’ll also meet the Oz artists and authors. AND loads of food, contests, games and so much more! Everywhere you turn will take to the magical Land of Oz.

The Gingham GALA will take place on Friday Night with the Festival on Saturday at the Mark Twain Cave Complex.

Get those GALA TICKETS! The Premiere Gingham Gala will happen on Friday Night. Let us take you to Mark Twain Riverboat, as we roll out the red carpet for a star studded premiere. AN EVENT LIKE NO OTHER! The GALA will feature live Oz theme music, great presentations, one amazing catered dinner. cash bar, celebrity guests and a LIVE auction of OZsome items. Truly a night that you will never forget. Doors will open at 5:30 pm, with dinner activities to begin around 6:00. Tickets are just $60/person. Come help us celebrate 100 glorious years of Judy Garland. Our special celebrity guest will be the legendary Judy Garland's son, Joe Luft.
