This fall, the Family Law Section is offering a three-part training to get your 12 required hours to qualify as new Minor’s Counsel in California, pursuant to California Rules of Court 5.242(c). This training will also be helpful for any family law attorneys who have or are interested in a child custody practice, and Parenting Coordinators looking for training -- there is something for every family law practitioner to learn!
PART I:
8 hours of MCLEs on Saturday, October 1, 2022 – enough to complete the 8 hours of annual training required for current Minor’s Counsel!
