Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the The Metro Softball Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 18th August at 6.45pm in the Metro Sports Club building. Business of Meeting includes
● The receipt and acceptance of the Annual Report, Annual Financial Statements for the past financial year
● The election of the Chairman & Secretary
● The election of Committee Members
● Such other business as specified in the Agenda of the meeting.
