Free tours on the tradition of Maple Sugaring.We will be running continuous tours of the sugarhouse, and a portion of the tapped woods, between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Wear sturdy shoes if you wish to head into the woods. March is a very fickle month in the Pocono Mountains. In the span of a weekend, we can have one/all elements. I.e. mud, ice, snow and the footing can be tricky heading out from sugarhouse.
No worries if you can’t make the walk. There will be plenty to see or do in the sugarhouse while the sweet scent of maple scents the air.
We will also have an array of foods to sample or purchase showcasing this year’s Maple syrup.
