2022 Kalgan Stampede

? Come and enjoy the excitement and world class location of the Kalgan Stampede alongside the Kalgan River in Albany, Western Australia?

You'll see bull riding, bronc riding, barrel racing, steer wrestling, roping and our very own Brucey Brahman having fun in the main arena belting up anyone who dares take him on!

There will be food vans, licensed bar and entertainment for the kids from lunch time onwards with the main event starting after 4pm finishing off with live music from approx 8pm till midnight.

❗️Main event starts after 4pm ❗️

Gates open at 12pm with country music playing in the background with the food vans and bar open. In the rodeo arena we'll have preliminary junior & novice rodeo events held throughout the afternoon.

Brucey Brahman will be on site from around 3pm to entertain the crowd with his antics before the rodeo starts.

WHAT TO BRING?

✅Jumper and jacket (if it gets cold at night)

✅Fold out chairs or a picnic rug for spectating on the grassed banks

✅BYO Water Bottles must be sealed and not opened

Entries open from 10am Wednesday 30th November 2022 & close on 5pm Friday 18th December 2022.

Late entries from 5pm Friday 17th December 2021 till 12pm Monday 20th December.

Gates open at 12pm so you can get in early, beat the crowd for parking and gate entry line-up, enjoy some country music and atmosphere, have some lunch from our food vans and make a day of it. Brucey Brahman will most likely be on site from 3pm as he get's annoyed being stuck at the rodeo all day.

Live Music after rodeo finishes, food vans are available for lunch and dinner up until closing.

?Bull Riding - Bronc Riding - Team Roping - Steer Wrestling - Steer Undecorating - Barrel Racing - Brucey Brahman is let loose in the arena at half time to entertain the crowd.
