We invite you to join your fellow HawkSoft users in your area for this 1 day educational meeting taught by agents (other HawkSoft users) and HawkSoft employees - as well as take the opportunity to network with other agents, and our vendors/partners who will be exhibiting.

FRIDAY TENTATIVE AGENDA

8-9am Commission Downloads & Reporting (optional)

9-10:20am Data Integrity - This session will focus on reviewing the key data in HawkSoft for book rolls and third-party integration. We will start with a quick overview of Policy/Company Setup before moving into correcting and replacing data using the Batch Replace options. Sections reviewed may include Preferred Name, Email, Phone, Company, Program, Policy Title, Line of Business, Policy Form, and Agent Code.

10:20-10:30am Break

10:30-11:20am Reporting - In this course we will review a list of recommended reports including setup instructions and reporting schedule. We will also be reviewing how and why to review each report and the overall importance of routine data review. All the secrets will be revealed to ensure that you are a true Reporting Master!

11:20-12:20pm Overview of HawkSoft’s Partner API Program. What even is an API? HawkSoft has made a focused effort over the last three years to embrace API integrations with other technology providers supporting independent insurance agencies. The pace of this work has left some heads spinning. This session will feature an overview of HawkSoft’s Partner API Program. What even is an API? How can API integration drive efficiency and success for your agency? How can you see who currently integrates with HawkSoft, and how can you best investigate how well one of HawkSoft’s API Partners may benefit your agency? This session will use examples from agencies finding success with API Partners to drive greater clarity on the important wing of HawkSoft’s strategy to push the independent agency channel forward.

1:40-2:10pm Staff Meetings & Increased Office Efficiency - working agendas, engaging with remote employees

2:10-3:20pm HawkLink - Why should you use it, how to start using it, and what it will do for you. A super tool for accessing carriers, quoting direct from HawkSoft to carriers, external tools and a built in virtual printer!

3:20-4:15pm Panel Q & A - Bring us YOUR questions and our presenters will answer!

4:15-5:15pm Solution Circles & mini HUG Lab - round table discussion with your peers or pose your question to a HawkSoft representative at a "mini hug lab".

Note: We'll take a short 5-10 minute break between each session (topic and/or speaker change). The first and last hour are optional, so plan your day as it works with you!
