HawkSoft users from across the nation are welcome to the 2021 HUG National Conference! Presented by HUG Agents  & HawkSoft speakers.

COST:

• Early Bird - $350 (by February 28)
• General Admission/Late Rate - $400 (by April 15)

Wednesday (May 11) - Welcome Reception 6:30-8:30pm (poolside)

Thursday (May 12) - All day meetings (breakfast & lunch included)

Friday (May 13) - All day meetings (breakfast & lunch included)

FAQs

What is the refund policy?

Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 DAYS before the event start date of May 11 - so, April 11 deadline. (MINUS the Eventbrite and payment processing fees of approximately 6% total - HUG will NOT absorb the fees on any refund requests - they go back to Eventbrite, not HUG).

Is there a hotel discount for the event?

Yes! There is a block of rooms reserved for our event at a discounted price. Must book rooms by about April 7 to guarantee the rate, or until the hotel is sold out. (we typically sell out, so book early)!.

Will there be a virtual option this year?

This decision has not yet been made. Stay tuned.

When will the agenda/content be available to check out?

The planning committee is meeting Q4 2021 to discuss content, speakers, topics, etc. We expect the tentative agenda will be ready January 2022. Stay tuned.

What meals are included in the registration fee?

1 reception, 2 lunches, and 2 light breakfasts will be included with your registration fee.  

What is the dress code?

Business casual for meetings, dress code for welcome reception TBD.

Will there be a mobile conference app this year?

At this time, we are tentatively planning on it, but unsure at this time if it will be a conference website or a mobile app, or both.
