• Riders must be 18 years of age or older! NO Exceptions!
• Motorcycle driver's license.
• NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse entry to any rider who will not show their motorcycle driver license at the sign-in booth.
• Valid license plate mounted on a drop-down fender
• Vehicle registration
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Spark arrestor/muffler - 96 dB MAX
• Working headlight and tail light as required per NY state law. 
• NO TEAR-OFFS ALLOWED!
• Route sheet holder and odometer -- you will need it.

Important Notes:

• The event is lightly marked.  You will need a route sheet holder and an odometer.
• New knobby tires are strongly recommended!
• There is a mandatory riders meeting at 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
• Last rider out at 9:30am. 

During the ride:

• Please be respectful of the houses as you pass by. Go slowly and give them a wave to let them know you appreciate the opportunity to ride in this area. 
• Please carry a few dollars with you so you can support the local kids at their cookie stops.
• Obey ALL traffic laws!

Your entry fee includes the gate fee, camping fee, Saturday lunch, Saturday chicken/pork BBQ dinner, and a light lunch Sunday.  T-shirts will be available for purchase at the event. 

Terrain: The Quarry Run is a two-day event, about 100 miles each day.  The event is mostly single track and two track with some dirt roads and paved roads, nestled in the bluestone hills and valleys around Hancock.  ALL of these trails are on private property and are available on the event weekend only!  DO NOT ride here any other time -- we will lose the ability to put on the event. 

Food & Beverage: Included with your entry fee: Lunch Saturday at Art's camp in Tar Hollow,  Saturday dinner chicken/pork BBQ, and Sunday post-ride two-hotdog lunch.  Extra dinner can be purchased.  Breakfast is available for purchase. 

Camping/Lodging:  Camping available at the start field Fri/Sat August 5 & 6. No water/power hookups.  Bathrooms are available.  Campsite is right on the Delaware River. Or use your favorite search engine to find "Lodging near Hancock NY".  Gate fee and camping fee are included with your entry fee.

Support:  Hanover Powersports will be our exclusive vendor at the Quarry Run.  They will be offering tires, tubes, route sheet holders,  and other accessories.  They will also be offering tire change services throughout the event weekend.
