Youth Poet Laureate Program: aimed at identifying young writers who are committed to civic and community engagement, poetry, leadership and education across Hampton Roads offering the winners a book deal and speaking engagements. TWP is the gateway for all youth from South Eastern Virginia to qualify for the National Youth Poet Laureate program.
