2022 Golden Bear Sumo Camp

Golden Bear Central Coast Sumo is hosting a Spring Sumo Camp. Taking power from the elements, the program will infuse traditional aspects of Sumo blended with modern movements in martial sport, yoga, and more. Prepare to work mind, body, and spirit in a totally unique experience. Hakkeyoi!!!

Program at a glance:

Two major practices a day

Fun sponsored activities

Community meals twice a day and continental breakfast

Gym membership at a local gym (swimming, sauna, showers, and weightlifting)

Tent and RV camping available as well as authentic Tipi

One beach practice and team-building activity
