About this Event

Join us for the 2022 Erick Bradley Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Walk

Rain or shine!

Thanks to the Omega By The Sea Foundation for hosting this annual walk benefit for The Sickle Cell Association of New Jersey. It is done in memory of Erick Nathaniel Bradley, affectionately known as '99 Problems,' who departed this life on Sunday, July 20, 2008, after years of battling sickle cell anemia. Erick graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (Stockton University), where he was a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., Psi Lambda Chapter in 2006.

The walk starts at Albany Avenue and the AC Boardwalk. Register your team today! For more information or for sponsorship inquiries, contact Qwishan Isaac, Walk Event Chairman, Omega By the Sea Foundation via [email protected].

You can help by making a donation and/or joining the volunteer family of the Sickle Cell Association of New Jersey. No matter the amount, your contribution will support services, programs and resources that improve the quality of life for those affected by sickle cell disease. Please collect donations in honor of a loved one, and join us! You may donate through this Eventbrite site or donate at www.sicklecellnewjersey.org/donate. With every walker, runner, and mover and shaker, together we can raise the necessary funds to provide support for individuals living with sickle cell disease and get us closer to finding a cure!

Learn more about us through www.sicklecellnewjersey.org. Thank you for your support.
