The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Conference began with a goal to bring valuable conversations to the forefront. It has since expanded to taking actionable steps towards creating impactful solutions in our region. Now in its third year, the DE&I Conference will increase fluency and understanding of how we can build mutual prosperity in the pursuit of creating an equitable community.Equitable policy initiatives, education, leadership and professional development efforts that yield long-term, sustainable results is significant in executing DE&I best practices. The conference is packed with powerful and inspirational speakers, valuable resources and knowledge and a deep look at the Lowcountry Minority Business Ecosystem report - all aimed at helping us assess what is needed to create systemic and equitable change for our business community to thrive.
