Introducing the newest race in the National Park Half Marathon Series, the Cedar Breaks at Night Half Marathon which takes place during the Perseid Meteor Shower! ? ? This astronomical event is considered one of the best meteor showers in the world! At its peak, you can see up to 100 meteors per hour during the pre-dawn hours as well as fireballs and larger explosions of light and color that last longer in the sky than the meteors themselves.
So escape the city lights with us for an exciting race with mixed trail and pavement beneath your feet and meteors dancing in the night sky above - the views are out of this world!
Registration for this event opens Friday, January 7th at 8am (MT)!
