2022 Beaver Creek Snowshoe Race Series

Challenge yourself to a race like no other! The Beaver Creek Running Series: Snowshoe Edition draws first-time snowshoers, world class snowshoe athletes, and everyone in between with a series of courses that highlight the sparkling beauty of Beaver Creek in winter. Join for a single race or the entire series with the 10K course or the 5K course.

Races are Sundays, January 16th, February 20th and March 13th. Registration will be between 8:30AM. and 9:30AM and the race will start promptly at 10:00AM. Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female athletes overall. All athletes will be entered into the raffle at the post-party where you will also receive a post-race meal.

Whether you're running for a medal or for fun, come out and enjoy the beauty of snowshoeing through an incredible setting.

Race 1: Sunday, January 16th

The first race of the Beaver Creek Snowshoe Series will take place on January 16th at Creekside Park. Registration is between 8:30 AM -9:30 AM next to Beaver Creek Sports in the Beaver Creek Village. The race will start at 10:00 AM sharp for both 5k and 10k runners. Awards will be given to the top man and woman in each age bracket for the 5K and 10k races, as well as the top overall male and female competitor for the 5K and 10K races. All athletes will be entered into the raffle at the post-party where you will also receive a post-race meal.

Race 2: Sunday, February 20th

The second race of the Beaver Creek Snowshoe Series will take place on February 20th. Registration is between 8:30 AM -9:30 AM next to Beaver Creek Sports in the Beaver Creek Village. The race will start at 10:00 AM sharp for both 5k and 10k runners. Awards will be given to the top man and woman in each age bracket for the 5K and 10k races, as well as the top overall male and female competitor for the 5K and 10K races. All athletes will be entered into the raffle at the post-party where you will also receive a post-race meal.

Race 3: Sunday, March 13th

The final race of the Beaver Creek Snowshoe Series will take place on March 13th at the McCoy Park Nordic Center at the top of the Strawberry Park Chair Lift. Registration is between 8:30 AM -9:30 AM outside the Candy Cabin at the top of the Strawberry Park lift. A footpass for the chairlift will be provided for those who do not have an Epic Pass. The race will start at 10:00 AM sharp for both 5k and 10k runners. Awards will be awarded for the top man and woman in each age bracket for the 5K and 10k races, as well as the top overall male and female competitor for the 5K and 10K races. All athletes will be entered into the raffle at the post party where you will also receive a post race meal.

Entry is available in any of the races at a noncompetitive level. Come on out and have some fun or run to win. Either way, don't miss this beautiful snowshoe run in an incredible setting.
