The Will Sheffey Memorial Golf Tournament is an annual event that raises funds in support of a VCU Scholarship program.
About this Event

The Will Sheffey Memorial Endowment Golf Tournament, in its 4th year, is an annual event that funds a scholarship endowment created through the VCU School of Business.
In addition to honoring our late Kappa Sigma brother, Will Sheffey, who lost his battle with brain cancer in 2010, the Endowment provides a scholarship grant to deserving VCU School of Business students with a proven record of academic excellence and commitment to the community. 2021 & 2022 DIAMOND SPONSOR - UDIG

  • 11:30 AM-12:30 PM – Check-in
  • Lunch will be provided after check-in from 11:30 am – 12:15 pm
  • 12:30 PM – Shot-gun start
  • 4:30 PM – Awards Ceremony, Raffle, and Recognition of Sponsors
  • Cost $75 per person
Golf Fees Include:
  • Greens Fees -12 hole tournament (additional 6 hole par 3 warm-up available)
  • Cart Rental
  • Range Balls
  • Lunch and a beverage ticket (non-golfer lunch option available)
  • Swag bag and participant gift

  • New location - recently renovated (host of the 1949 PGA Championship, and New home of the VCU Golf Team)
  • Format: two-man Captain’s choice using blended handicaps
  • 1st and 2nd Place Team prizes
  • Closest to the Pin prize
  • Longest Drive prize
  • Mulligans, in-round challenges, and beverages will be available for purchase.
  • Individual golfers are welcome - we will find you a partner so everyone can play.
