We are excited to meet IN PERSON at Margaritaville Resort Orlando for the 2021 Voluntary Bar Leaders Conference, July 16-17! This annual conference, which was sadly canceled last year due to the pandemic, is a not-to-be-missed event and is specifically designed to bring together the movers and shakers of the voluntary bar world.
Since we are all ready to break free, we invite you to review the protocols we will have in place to help assure your safety and comfort. We want you to enjoy an escape to Margaritaville and be worry free.

On July 16-17, Central Florida will be awash with voluntary bar association leaders as we dock for two-action packed days at the Margaritaville Resort Orlando. True to Jimmy Buffet’s love for the islands, the new resort, located in Kissimmee, captures that Caribbean feeling and provides a place to get away from it all while finding more than you ever expected.
HOTEL INFORMATION:
Rooms are available for the discounted rate of $179/night, plus taxes and a $15 resort fee. Hotel rates are extended three days before and three days after for those who want to add some leisure time to their travel plans. Two options are available for making your hotel reservations. Coming to paradise to work is a bit unusual, but so is this conference. The annual Voluntary Bar Leaders Conference is a meeting designed to help lawyers and bar executive directors escape from the routine grind and discover new resources to help them become top-notch leaders. AT THE CONFERENCE:
Masks are required inside.Hand sanitizer will be available at several locations in the conference center. Weather permitting, Friday lunch and the cocktail party are scheduled to take place outside. Any buffets will be attended and served by hotel staff. There will be sufficient spacing within the general sessions and seminar rooms.
These protocols are subject to change in accordance with CDC updates. We ask that all attendees act with personal responsibility including not attending if you are experiencing symptoms, respecting personal space and distance while onsite, following hotel guidelines, and wearing a mask at all times while indoors in public spaces.
