All students and early career journalists are invited to our 2021 Student and Early Career Journalism Workshop on October 23rd at Georgia Tech. Let top talent from CNN, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fox 5 Atlanta and beyond help you chart your career.

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, this will be a hybrid workshop.

Only 20 in-person and 20 virtual slots are available. Registration is required. So, reserve your spot soon!

All attendees must provide proof of vaccination at the door and masks will be required.

All sessions will take place in Room 117 at Georgia Tech, Charles A. Smithgall Student Services Building, 353 Ferst Drive, NW, Atlanta, GA 30313.

There is a parking lot directly outside the building, but note that parking is $2/hour and payment must be made through the parking meters in the lot or the ParkMobile app. For alternative transportation, there is the Midtown Marta Station and the North Avenue Marta Station near Georgia Tech's campus.

Reporting on high-profile stories is more than just having the right skills. It's about grit, determination and -- sometimes -- luck. Learn how reporters prepared for and got the stories of their lives.
