Sean Shearman was the son of Susan & Robert Shearman, who created the fishing tournament for the Southwest Florida Seminole Club. Sean was a senior at Florida State University who passed away in October 2020. He was an avid fisherman and devoted FSU fan, whose everyday demeanor touched many lives. Proceeds of the tournament will fund "The Sean Shearman Scholarship" to provide a well-deserving Lee and Charlotte County high school graduate with funds towards educational expenses while pursuing their undergraduate studies at the Florida State University.
The cost is $150 per angler.
