We are taking the opportunity to shift from our Annual St. Augustine Food and Wine Festival to host an exclusive, intimate evening where you can gather with a small group of friends at one of your local restaurants to enjoy a five-course tasting menu with unique wine pairings with each course.
WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY:
- Delicious signature tasting dishes from St. Augustine’s best independently owned restaurants
- Bubbles and wines paired specifically for each dish
- A wine expert explaining the nuances of each tasting to enrich your overall experience of each course
- Access to our online silent auction where guests can bid on vintage wines, dining gift certificates, chef-prepared private dining experiences and more
- All guests will enjoy the following five courses:
1) Hors d’oeuvres
2) Appetizer
3) Seafood
4) Meat
5) Dessert
The “mystery” behind this event is that the dishes may vary slightly based on each restaurant’s specialties. Wines will be appropriately paired for each course.
