FHIMA and the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa are working diligently to plan for a safe experience for all FHIMA Annual Convention attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.From interaction with event attendees, to enhanced cleaning and sanitation procedures and better utilization of meeting space and events for social distancing, FHIMA will revise our processes to support the safety of everyone attending the FHIMA Annual Convention.
Prior to the meeting, FHIMA staff will share all event and hotel safety plans with attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors so everyone will know what is expected prior to arrival. Attendee registration may be limited in order to accommodate social distancing guidelines. Be sure to register early to secure your spot.
