2021 "As Fresh as it Gets" Farm Tour

Join us for our annual Farm Tour and lunch from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM on Monday, October 25, 2021! You will get a behind-the-scenes tour of some of the best San Mateo County Farms. See how their produce is grown and learn how to purchase for your restaurant. We will also host a delicious farm lunch featuring locally made and grown items. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity!

Transportation provided ‑ pick up locations at:

• San Mateo County Event Center (West Parking Lot, 2495 S Delaware St., San Mateo, CA 94403)

• Half Moon Bay Lodge parking lot (2400 Cabrillo Hwy S, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019)

Farms we will be visiting:

• Markegard Family Grass-Fed
• Blue House Farm
• Fifth Crow Farm
• Root Down Farm

Lunch will be hosted at Loma Mar Store & Kitchen with special guest, Supervisor Don Horsley from District 3. Please let us know if you have any special dietary restrictions on the RSVP form.

The "As Fresh As It Gets" program ties together the area’s hospitality, agricultural, fishing, and wine and beer-making industries. This campaign awards and promotes the local establishments that serve the outstanding fresh products grown right here on the San Mateo County peninsula and coast.
