Dear Business Owner,We are excited to announce that the Vietnam Veterans of Indian River County are hosting the 2021 1st Annual Veterans' Business Expo at the outdoor pavilion of the Indian River County Fairgrounds on June 19th, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
On the same day, we will be hosting the 2021 Mary Snyder Annual Golf tournament at the Sandridge Golf Club which is across the street from the Indian River County Fairgrounds. Golfers from the coinciding golf tournament will begin to arrive at the indoor expo center around 11am for lunch and their awards ceremony which will be held inside the Fairgrounds Expo Center which is directly next to the covered pavilion.
This is a great opportunity to get your business in front of the 100's of people that participate in our annual Mary Snyder Veterans Golf Tournament! This is also a great way to network with other business owners at the event and even try your luck to win one of many raffle prizes or our 50/50 Raffle!
Want to donate an item for the raffle? If you donate a raffle item valued at $50 or more, then your vendor space at the 2021 Veterans' Business Expo is FREE! You can also get a free table at the business expo by selecting a Golf Tournament Sponsorship Package.
All raffle items of baskets must be dropped off or picked up by June 16th, 2021. You can drop your raffle item off at the VVIRC office or visit the website for contact information to arrange pickup of your raffle items.
We will have spaces available both under the covered pavilion and in the grassy areas for tents and/or food trucks. This year, all 10' x 10' vendor spaces are available for a $25 donation to help our local IRC veterans. Food & beverage vendors are welcome too!
If you need a space larger than 10' x 10', then each 10' x 10' space you require is an additional $25. The spaces located under the pavilion will include a table and 2 chairs. If you have a tent, you can set it up in a space outside of the covered pavilion.
Spaces in the grass areas do not include a table and chairs. There will be no electrical hook-ups for any of the vendor spaces whether under or outside the covered pavilion. If you plan to make sales during the event, you will need to provide your own power source for your laptop or other electronic equipment. No gas-powered generators, please. Tents will not be allowed to be set up under the covered pavilion.
Last year we MAXED OUT participation on both Sandridge courses while following all Covid-19 CDC recommendations. Despite these restrictions, we still raised over $25,000 for our local veterans! With a coinciding Veterans’ Business Expo being held at the outdoor pavilion of the IRC Fairgrounds from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. we expect to raise even more this year!
