Our teacher training will be held at our studio, where we can be there for you, work with you as a group and offer 1-1.
(If you are travelling from afar let us know, we have rooms/apartments at the studio)

The Philosophy, History and Practice of both Yin & Yang (Vinyasa) Yoga
The 8 Limbs of Yoga (Bringing the Yamas & Niyamas on & off the mat)
Pranayama – The Power of Breath
Anatomy – (Skeletal, Fascial and Muscular Systems) including our ‘how to prevent injury’ Clinics and support your students.
Asanas –
Yin (including basic Qi Gong)
Yang – traditional standing & Seated Poses. We encourage you to be creative and explore the many variations of each pose, you will learn to build well thought out creatively sequenced class plans, lot’s of fun!

Many of our students have gone on to gather their own following, teaching in studios, online and running outdoor events. Some have moved into specialised programs, many working in addiction – rehabilitation, schools, hospitals, children with special needs and we now have students who are working in charitable organisations, offering yoga to a variety of ‘Outreach’ projects.

Module 5 – 26th/27th May
Module 6 – 16th/17th June
Module 7 – 25th/26th August
Module 8 – 15th/16th September
Module 9 – 27th/28th October
Module 10 – 17th/18th November
Module 11- 1st/2nd December – Graduation, final training weekend!
2023 200hr+ Course – Investment: £2,500
Non-Refundable Deposit: £500 (confirms place) – Thereafter 10 monthly installments of £200 (January 2023 – October 2023).
