200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher TrainingIn 7 months, 7 weekend immersions, weekly practice and weekly lectures (for 7 months), you will become a 200hr Lucky Cat Yoga All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, and business of yoga.
You will complete:
7 immersion weekends
January-July 2025

February 21, 22, 23
March 21, 22, 23
April 25, 26, 27
May 23, 24, 25
June 27, 28, 29
July 25, 26, 27
Weekend immersion hours:
January - July
Friday 6:45-9pm
Saturday 9-4
Sunday 9:30-3:30
Weekly Lecture and Teaching clinic:
1 per week for 7 months
8:15-9:00
1-2 practice per week for 7 months with Eric and Erin
Space is limited to 15 students.
