Our training is professionally organised and internationally recognised, you will meet the most inspiring lecturers & teachers that anyone could ask for. 70% Of our teachers are local with others coming from Germany, The UK and even Poland.We call it a 200hr, but you get 200+ hours. Our team from all over the globe came up with optional and additional worksheets, activities, and content just for you. We have regular check in's and Q & A sessions.
You will be able to teach a full yoga asana, pranayama & meditation class at the end of our training. We provide you with an addition class to teach in your own time at our studio. For those who seek personal development this course will cover you fully, there is no pressure for those who choose not to become teachers.
Take note that 20% off our yoga classes take place in the heat, 80% is taught outside of the pod in our teacher training academy studio. Our YTT has been running national and international trainings since 2017.
