About our Program: A message from Brittani
Our experience in hosting Teacher Trainings for a decade sets a strong foundation, but it is the distinctive features of our new 200 Hour Teacher Training program that truly sets it apart. I take immense pride in introducing an abundance of fresh philosophy and robust content, tailored specifically to enrich the student's learning experience. I have personally designed the entire student manual which will serve as a valuable resource and lifelong guide throughout your training + teaching journey. It has been meticulously crafted with passion, dedication and professionalism. Our certification process is designed to empower individuals like you to embark on a transformative journey and become confident, knowledgeable and inspiring yoga teachers and students.
Through our program you will gain the necessary skills to confidently and safely teach our signature yoga styles: Hot Yoga Flow, Yoga Flow and Yoga Foundations. Whether you simply want to deepen your love for yoga or aspire to teach professionally, our program provides the perfect platform.
And there's so much more! We embrace a modern and innovative approach—an embodied philosophy—that will reform how we perceive our bodies and engage with our yoga practice. While traditional yoga shapes are generally taught to be held in stillness (and this is still a great thing!), static holds can actually hinder spaciousness in our bodies. By exploring freedom of movement within our shapes, we can begin to truly unlock tension and restriction in our bodies. By making a connection between mind, body, and spirit, we aim to create an experience that transcends the physical aspects of yoga.
Next....I understand that everyone's schedule is limited, so I have designed certain parts of our program to be flexible and accessible. 40 hours of the 200 hour program will be online self-paced content that you can embark on at your own convenience. This allows you to delve deep into the content, practice at your own pace, and absorb the wisdom of yoga in a way that aligns with your lifestyle.
Lastly, I have also invited some of your favorite Rising Om teachers to join me as lead teachers in our program. I am honored to have Vipa Darasom and Diana Jones-Ellis on the teacher training team! Their expertise and talent will be an integral part of your learning process and I am so honored to have them here.
