Join our transformative Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, designed for both aspiring teachers and those wishing to deepen their practice and knowledge.Program Highlights:
~ 200+ hours of comprehensive training, including 180 contact hours and 35 personal hours.
~ Learn to teach with confidence through posture clinics, meditation techniques, breath work, and more.
~ Gain a strong foundation in yogic and Western anatomy, yoga philosophy, Ayurveda, and teaching methodologies.
~ Flexible schedule with evening lectures, weekend practice sessions, and both online and in-person attendance options.
