200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

YogaSix 200-Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training: an immersive, eight-weekend journey January 2 – March 15, 2026, led by Christiane Popperwell, Judy Schnoebelen, and Anne Meiser at YogaSix Ashburn and YogaSix Burke.

History & philosophy of yoga, intelligent sequencing, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, posture clinics, hands-on assists, dynamic language, practice teaching, and more. Tuition includes a comprehensive manual and 3 months of unlimited yoga (after Weekend 2 is underway). For full certification, trainees complete 40 classes (take/observe/assist), assigned home study, and a final exam. Up to 3 sessions may be missed (make-up fees apply).
