This isn't just a certification — it's a homecoming. Across eight weeks, in the beautiful setting of Cheltenham Film Studios, you'll be held in a container designed not to rush you, but to let your growth unfold naturally, breath by breath, season by season.

Most 200-hour trainings ask you to absorb a lifetime of teaching in two intense weeks. We do it differently. With real weeks between each session, you'll have space to practise, integrate, rest, and let each module settle into your body and your being before the next one begins. Learning yoga, after all, isn't about information — it's about transformation, and transformation takes time.

What you'll receive — 21 modules of deep, layered learning:

Anatomy & Physiology · Asana & Alignment · Yoga Sutras of Patanjali · Yoga Philosophy & History · Sequencing & Class Design · Cueing & Language · Hands-On Adjustments · Meditation Techniques · Pranayama & Breathwork · Multiple Yoga Styles · Teaching Ethics · Practical Teaching Hours

Each module builds upon the last, weaving together everything you need to teach with confidence, integrity, and heart.

Between weekends, guided assignments and ongoing support ensure the learning never truly stops — it simply moves with you into your daily life.

6th March to 12th March 9am - 5pm each day in Cheltenham

24th March 6pm - 9pm live online

10th April 9am - 5pm in Cheltenham (Final day)

Upon completion, you’ll be eligible to register as an RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, opening the door to teaching worldwide—in studios, gyms, retreats, corporate settings, and beyond.

Saturday 6th March to Friday 12th March, at our classroom in Cheltenham. Meeting again live online on 24th March to catch-up, and finally meeting for your final day on 10th April back in Cheltenham.

There will be homework assignments and self study to complete, during our time apart, that make up your 200 hours of training.
