Join this amazing opportunity to dive deeper into yoga, meditation and YOU! We are thrilled to launch the first 200 Hour True North Vinyasa program staffed by True North Yoga senior teachers. The program will provide in-depth theory of yoga and meditation as well as the practice, alignment and refinement of Vinyasa yoga poses. Student teachers will explore living a meaningful life through the lens of non-dual tantra yoga philosophy while learning how to teach.
Your True North Yoga Teacher Training staff will provide instruction in:
True North Flow (studio’s signature class)
Vinyasa yoga
Power yoga
Philosophy of yoga and self inquiry
Tantra, Vedanta, Samkhya, Buddhist philosophy
Meditation
Introduction to Ayurveda
Biomechanics for safe stretching
Yoga for athletes and injury prevention
Applied anatomy and physiology
Sequencing Vinyasa classes
Refining and progressing your personal practice through 50 traditional yoga poses including foundational poses, forward extension, back bending, abdominals, twists, inversions, arm balance and restorative poses.
Teaching yoga as a tool toward Self Realization
Sacred Poetry
Using music and silence in Vinyasa Classes
Voice training
Practice teaching with positive and practical feedback and much more!

The 200 Hour True North Yoga YTT program is a 8 weekend part-time training. Student teachers receive unlimited classes throughout the training, 3 textbooks, yoga manual, yoga bag, TNY journal, TNY coffee mug, and asana workbook.
