Are you ready to deepen your practice and share your love of yoga with others? This program will support your growth, whether you're called to teach or simply want to immerse yourself in the experience of yoga.
The Yoga Flow SF 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program empowers you to evolve as a practitioner and become a teacher. With a strong foundation in alignment, philosophy, anatomy, sequencing, and professional development, you'll gain tools to lead safe, inspiring classes rooted in tradition and guided by your authentic voice.
In this program, you will:
- Deepen Your Practice
Strengthen your knowledge of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation —on and off the mat. - Explore Yoga Philosophy
Study the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, and the historical and spiritual roots of yoga. - Learn Anatomy & Alignment
Gain essential knowledge of functional movement and biomechanics to teach and move safely. - Master Teaching Techniques
Practice cueing, sequencing, theming, and hands-on assists, with time for real feedback and growth. - Professional & Personal Growth
Develop confidence and clarity as a teacher. Learn about ethics, leadership, and the business of yoga. - Build Community
Connect with a like-hearted group of fellow trainees and faculty in a supportive and empowering environment.

- Practice Requirement: Trainees must log 3 practices per week — one may be a home livestreamed practice.
- Online Content: How to Be a Yogi is a self-paced meditation study, completed online throughout the program.
- Unlimited Yoga: Enrollment includes an unlimited membership at all Yoga Flow SF studios during the program.
Program Schedule
September 17-December 5, 2026
- Locations: Primarily the Yoga Flow SF Ocean studio, with a few sessions at the Union studio
- Select Thursdays | 6:30–9:30pm
- Fridays | 6:30–9:30pm
- Saturdays | 11:00am–7:30pm
- Select Sundays | 11:00am–7:30pm
- Breaks: No sessions October 15-18 and November 26-29
