Join us for the 200 hour RYS Integrated Hatha Yoga at the third eye training. Yogacharya Jaymati is again holding space and sharing what she has received from Yoga Masters and teachers in the Art of Yoga asana and philosophy. The program is designed to enrich your experience of life and to support you in the letting go of what no longer serves you. You will learn philosophy, history, anatomy, Spiritual text, body alignment techniques and so much more. Space is limited! We are taking applications and deposits.
