Our 200-Hour Meditation, Yin, and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training program invites you to explore deep rest, nourishment, and inspiration—one of our most cherished offerings!
True North Yoga is a registered Yoga Alliance training school, staffed by experienced teachers skilled in both modern and traditional approaches to yoga. This program provides a comprehensive dive into the embodiment of yoga, empowering you to teach others or deepen your personal practice—both paths are honored and supported.

200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Schedule:
December 6th: Welcome Evening 7-8:30PM
December 7-8: Resilience and Wellbeing: The Psychology of Human Behavior
January 18-19: Yoga Philosophy, History, and Meditation
February 22-23: Ayurveda: Living Life in Balance
March 14-16: Yoga Nidra Meditation
April 5-6: Restorative Yoga
April 18-20: Breathwork Level 1
May 3-4: Yin Yoga 1
May 17-18: Yin Yoga 2
Hours:
Saturday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Sunday: 9:30 AM - 3 PM
Cost: $3500 (Monthly payment options available)
