20 hour YIN/ MYO FASCIAL AND ACUPRESSURE TRIGGER POINT WORKSHOP with International Yin Yoga Teacher Melanie Mclaughlin
International Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer Mel McLaughlin from The Yin Space will be guiding you over 2 days for this SPECIAL 20hr Yin /MFR and Acu/trigger point workshop. YA and YACEP approved and certified.

It will be particularly useful for those Yinners that have already taken the 50hr Yin Training with Mel or others, as an added dimension of teaching
CONTENT includes but not limited to :
🔥How to use different techniques and various equipment to release and nourish fascia (MFR)
🔥Fascia theory, research and study
🔥Acu pressure points/trigger points in relation to MyoFascia Release and their common uses/benefits physically and energetically
🔥Daily 90 min Yin and MFR Master class AM and 60 min PM class integrating our daily study into somatic memory/application both days
🔥Practical applications of the study in groups
🔥Yin and MFR sequences for continued use and / or teaching tools

ABOUT MEL
Mel has been passionate about a Yin-style practice for over 15 years, through her own personal practice and self-study. In 2012 Mel formalized her Yin Yoga training with Paul Grilley through his 200-hour Teacher Training program in the USA, and revisited for ongoing hours and training.

Her studies continue with experts in Fascia /TCM and movement, and she now shares this wealth of experience, insight and expertise through her very own Yoga Alliance/YACEP recognized 100/50 and 20hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training courses internationally.
