This class combines cardio and strength for a well-rounded fitness experience. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 min strength, 20 minutes of core and restore. Challenge your body and mind with a variety of equipment, exercises, and formats. I also teach this class on Sundays at 10:30 twice a month switching off with another instructor for the other two Sundays.
No preregistration is required, sign in with the front desk when you arrive.
Single class pass: $5
Seniors $4
