The event:

We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation to help you unwind and drop into the present moment. From there, we'll flow into a soul-nourishing sound healing experience featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments. While you're being surrounded by sound and vibration, a Reiki Master will come around and offer some personal hands-on Reiki healing.

Let the sound vibrations wash over you, releasing tension, restoring balance, and realigning your body, mind, and spirit.

Dress comfortable as you'll be lying on the floor.
