Wow can you believe it has already been two years since FIT4MOM came to Ventura! Time flies! Come celebrate with us on Monday, October 4th at 9:30 am for our anniversary event. The event will include a 60 min workout featuring all the programs we offer. Each station will be composed of a demo of one of the programs we offer : Stroller Strides, Strides 360- Family class, Stroller Barre and Body Boost.
After the workout we will have treats and some fun fall activities for everyone to enjoy. Stay after class to enjoy some prizes and visit with some local mom vendors. Please RSVP to the event by clicking the link below.
