2 Times Nothing consists of five emerging artists who have been breaking boundaries since their early teens, fearlessly exploring the depths of sound, texture, and rhythm. With a bold mix of acoustic and electronic instruments, unconventional time signatures, and a fearless fusion of genres, 2 Times Nothing is anything but ordinary. Their influences are as diverse as their approach is daring.
Yet, over time, they’ve forged a cohesive identity, blending each member’s distinct tastes into a truly collective voice. The result is a rich, multifaceted musical experience. 2 Times Nothing takes you to a journey through tight, hypnotic grooves, ethereal soundscapes, and a seamless interplay of minimalism, free jazz, rock, and electronic experimentation.

Op het kruispunt van jazzrock, geïmproviseerde muziek en elektronica brengt de Belgische groep 2 Times Nothing vijf jonge muzikanten samen die zich sinds hun tienerjaren inzetten om de grenzen van geluid, textuur en ritme te verleggen. Gewapend met een hybride instrumentatie die akoestiek en elektronica combineert, atypische ritmes en een uitgesproken voorliefde voor het vermengen van genres, creëren ze muziek die absoluut niet in een hokje te plaatsen is.
In de loop der tijd heeft de groep een sterke collectieve identiteit ontwikkeld, waarin de invloeden van elk lid samensmelten tot een gemeenschappelijke stem. Het resultaat is een rijke en bewegende geluidservaring, tussen hypnotiserende grooves, etherische landschappen en een voortdurende wisselwerking tussen minimalisme, free jazz, rock en elektronische experimenten.
