Welcome to the Ladies Self-Defense Training event sponsored by Safety Sister and Empowered Defense! Join us at HAC Athletics to learn empowering self-defense techniques and safety tips. Teens and college aged ladies are encouraged to attend, being they are the most vulnerable BUT ALL women and girls should come and learn to save yourself!

Our experienced female instructor, who is a former police officer, will guide you through practical skills to boost your confidence and keep you safe.
